anyone has working external hard drive

A lot of people can't get their external hard drives to work as well as me. I was just wondering if anyone has a working external hard drive? Which USB enclosure are you using? Help appreciated!

My USB Hammer is working fine. I am also using a generic Firewire 2 bay enclosure with no problems. VST Firewire drives also.

USB 2 is supported in Vista. USB 1.1 is not. Jonty

Yeah, I have a Seagate 160GB external drive that works great under Vista

Beta 2. It is a USB 2.0 drive which I picked up at Best Buy recently for $89.99. Of course it came in its own enclosure. Its not a hard drive I installed in a separate external enclosure.
